The Police are investigating a case whereby Ntokozo Khaliphako (48) was brutally murdered at Buffelspruit near Schoemansdal on the date which is currently unknown however her lifeless body was discovered on 04 June 2024.
Woman Murdered Allegedly by Male Companion
A murder case was opened by the Police in Schoemansdal and an investigation has now brought forth some crucial information, which suggests that the victim could have been allegedly murdered by her male companion though the motive is unknown at this stage.
The person who is suspected to be behind the killing has since disappeared but the Police are on his heels.
According to information, it is reported that the suspect and the victim left Barberton, heading to the suspect’s parental residence in Buffelspruit on Friday, 31 May 2024. Few days later, the suspect’s family became worried when they could not see them around. It was last week Tuesday, 04 June 2024 when the family decided to check on them however, nobody was responding and the room they were accommodated was locked.
No Response From the Room
It was during this time when they called the Police who came and eventually, they somehow gained entrance by forcing the door opened, only to discover the lifeless body of the victim with a stab wound on the neck. Shockingly, the suspect was nowhere to be found.
The medical personnel were also summoned to the scene and they confirmed that the victim was no more.
After a murder case was opened, Police made some efforts to locate the suspect but without any success however the investigation is still underway with a hope to arrest the suspect.
Massive Manhunt Launched
It is against this backdrop that Police launched a massive manhunt for the suspect of this outrageous act. Meanwhile the investigators are convinced that Mr Victor Matsebula, aged 39.
